Help! I can't just choose one!
Hi guys! I'm having a bit of a dilemma today. I wanted to post one picture of a living room that I was totally in love with. I mean head over heals, crazy about, weak at the knees, gaga over, in love with. However, I can't, I JUST CAN'T, pick one. I like way to many styles. So I decided to heck with picking just one. I'll draw inspiration from all five! Yeah, that's what I'll do! Wish me luck if I end up with a living room one day that looks like a circus that threw up. Beware of the lion, and the monkeys, oh and that bearded lady, she's crazy.

OHHHHHHH, that lovely lime green couch! Who do I make my check out too?
Which one is your favorite?

Something a Little Different
And I'm back from my 3 day weekend! It was refreshing and fun. Saturday we spent the day playing washers and drinking beer at a friend's house. I actually got a little bit of color on my pasty white skin that staying in an office for 8 hours a day has done to me!
For the 4th, we slept late then grilled burgers and fried french fries with a couple of friends. Bacon-cheese burgers, fries, and lite beer; you can't get much more American than that. But at night Chadd took me to the fireman's tower (it's a tower where the fireman do their training, Chadd's dad is a fireman) to watch the city's fireworks. It was probably one of the most romantic 4th of July's I have ever had. We had a great view of the whole city and we could see amazing fireworks from everywhere. I wish I would have taken pictures, but stupid me forgot my camera. I'm an idiot, I know. But being all alone on the tall tower with fireworks going off everywhere was a moment I will never forget. Kudos to Chadd! He definitely rocked my 4th of July.
Monday was spent doing to laundry, getting my nails done, and some pool time. It was a much needed holiday weekend.
I know this post has nothing to do with interior design but I just had to, HAD TO, show you these new looks from Anthropologie. I'm in love. LOVE.

Happy 4th of July!
Happy Birthday America!
Thank you for the freedom to dream.
Thank you for the freedom to work.
Thank you for the freedom to worship.
Thank you for the freedom of education.
Thank you for the freedom of choice.
Thank you for the freedom to express.
Thank you for the freedom to write.
Thank you for the freedom to love.
But most of all, thank you to the ones who gave up their lives for us to be free.
Now let's celebrate! I hope you all have great weekend surrounded by food, drinks, and great people. I'm signing off and enjoying my three day weekend, see ya Tuesday!
It's a Monsoon Friday.
Well I feel as if I'm in a monsoon. There is water everywhere and it just keeps coming down. Rainy days always makes me wish that I could jump on a plane and be whisked off to somewhere tropical. I can just picture myself, laying in a hammock with a fruity drink in my hand, with a cute cabana boy fanning me. Oh that would be the life, wouldn't it? Maybe he could feed me grapes, and I would feel like queen for a day. But instead I am trying to make the best of rain, by drinking cheap wine and sitting on my patio looking at beautiful spaces. Maybe I can convince Chadd that feeding me grapes is so necessary. :-)
Cheap wine fixes everything, trust me. Happy Friday, and enjoy the weekend!

Rainy Day = Bright Colors
Well guys it has been raining all day, actually all week. I know it's July 1st and all but the weather does not want to cooperate and act like summer weather. So instead I have been dreaming about sunshine and staring at clouds. I have been wearing a raincoat instead of sundresses, and I have traded in my flip flops for flippers. Haha, I just made myself chuckle when I pictured myself wearing all that. But anyway, since it's gloomy outside I have resorted to letting Robin Callan from roomfu brighten up my day. Scroll down even if it's sunny outside your front door.
Wasn't that refreshing?
